He was born in Avoca, June 5, 1945 and was the son of the late Stanley and Lottie (Brezak) Mruk. Frank was a member of the Langcliffe Presbyterian Church, Avoca. He was a graduate of Avoca High School. After high school, he joined the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and served during the Vietnam War. Frank retired from RCA with over 20 years of employm
