Anna (Edwards) Bravyak, 83, daughter of the late Charles and Flossie Edwards of Moosic, passed away peacefully June 2, 2017 at Allied Skilled Nursing Facility in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
She graduated from Moosic High School in 1951. Her life was filled with ups and downs. She spent great times with her grandchildren, who loved her dearly. Always fun to be around, she had an extended family and friends throughout the area at the American Legion and VFW in Duryea. She held a multitude of jobs throughout her life, but what she loved the most was being with family and friends, whether it be at home or out and about. She will be missed by her family and friends very much.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin brother, Arthur (Bobo), sister and brother, Isabell and Lenny (twins), and brothers, Mickey and Tommy, killed in service in 1945.
She is survived by her son, Michael; grandchildren, Philip, Morgan, and Abigail and their mother, Sherry from Maine; sister, Audrey from Duryea, Pennsylvania; Aunt Lucy from Pennsylvania; and her great friend, John Waranek from Dupont, Pennsylvania.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
