Gerald Williams, 56, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky formerly of Avoca, died on Monday, November 5, 2018 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He was born in Avoca, August 16, 1962 and was the son of Gerald Williams and the late Mary (Mcdonald) Williams and his late step-mother Sandra Williams.
Gerald was a 1980 graduate of Seton Catholic high School and later graduated from Luzerne County Community College. He worked for many years at Leslie Fay, Inc. and later as a CIO for Armani Exchange A/X, NYC. He retired as a CIO for the American FUJI Seal, Inc., Kentucky.
In addition to his mother and step-mother, he is preceded in death by his nephew Peter Rizzo.
Gerald is survived by his wife Caryn Williams; his brother Patick Williams and his wife Rosanne of Avoca; sisters, Mary Gaughan of Dupont and Irene Barhight and her husband Phil of Taylor and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, November 16 at 6:30pm at Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea. Friends may call for visitation from 5pm until time of service.
