Robert "Deno" McCann, a resident of Pittston Township, passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2018.
He was born Decmember 11, 1944 in Philadelphia, the son of the late John and Nancy Proietto McCann. He was a graduate of Pittston High School and worked up until his retirement in the Pittston garment industry.
Deno will be remembered as a loving husband, father and Pop Pop. Some of his favorite pastimes involved riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family, and his daily talks with his granddaughter Alexa.
Deno is survived by his wife of 54 years, Eleanor, his son Bob and his wife Kim, his son Ron and his wife Cheryl, his brother Jack of New Jersey and his granddaughters Alexa and Falin.
A celebration of Deno's life will begin with visitation from 9am to 10am Saturday, January 19th at St John the Evangelist Church, 35 William Street, Pittston followed by a Mass at 10am with Fr. Joseph Elston officiating.
