Anne M. Musto Dragon, 92 of Avoca, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. She was born in Chicago, Il on October 21, 1930, and was the daughter of the late Max and Eileen Kilbourne Musto.

Anne was a member and consistent giver of the Forty Fort United Methodist Church, Forty Fort (FFUMC) since 1969. She grew up in Tioga, PA., a graduate of Tioga High School. She later graduated from the Germantown Dispensary and Hospital School of Nursing. She became an accomplished registered nurse. She worked as an operation room registered nurse for the Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, and the Germantown Dispensary Hospital. Anne then worked as a supervisor for several hospitals, notably the Cayuga Medical Center, Ithaca, NY, the Germantown Hospital, Philadelphia, UPMC hospital, Wellsboro, Mercy Hospital, Scranton and the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Anne ended her career as a nursing instructor at the Clarks Summit State Hospital, Clarks Summit, PA.
Anne was and outstanding gardener. Along with her husband Stanley, she worked countless hours beautifying their yard. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Stanley Dragon, who died August 6, 2011, brother Louis, and sisters Maxine, Kay, Wanda, and Audrae.
She is survived by her stepdaughters Irene, Paula, and Valarie Dragon; her brother Norman Musto, of Bath, NY; her sister Alberta Roper, of Youngtown, AZ; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday January 23, 2022, at 11:00am at the Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4115 Memorial Highway, Dallas, PA with Pastor Richard Bradshaw of the Forty Fort United Methodist Church officiating.
