Brian J. Shannon, 58, of Larksville, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. He was born in Pittston, February 13, 1963 and was the son of Amos Shannon and the late Shirley L. (Brown) Shannon, who died December 1, 2020.
Brian was a member of St. John The Evangelist Parish Church, Pittston. He attended Wyoming Area High School. Brian was employed by Roccograndi Co. Painting where he was employed for 25 years. He was a member of the Swoyersville American Legion Post 644.
Brian is survived by his sister Denise Shannon, of Pittston and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Interment services will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021, at 11:30am at St. John The Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston with Fr. Joseph Elston of St. John the Evangelist Parish church officiating. Arrangements are made by Kiesinger Funeral Services,
