David Singer, 62, of Pittston, formerly of Matamoras, PA passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
He was born in Pittston, the son of the late James H. and Pauline (Tetlak) Singer.
David attended his first years of school in Avoca and Matamoras. He was a graduate of Delaware Valley High School, Milford, PA. He spent his career in the printing industry and was a member of the Graphic Arts Local 62B Printing Industries. He supervised bindery operations at Royal Book in Norwich, CT and at Horowitz & RAE in Fairfield, NJ. His most recent employment was with SLC Graphics L.P. management team.
David is predeceased by his parents, longtime residents of Avoca, his sister Deborah Ann Blumberg, his life partner and mother of his children, Sherri Davis, and a son Michael Aaron.
David leaves behind a son, David John and daughter Breanna Destiny, brothers Robert Singer and Rick (wife Debra) Zondlo, and sister Lorraine Singer (husband Chuck) Dudley, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid-19, a Virtual Celebration of Life will be held by family and friends, with a date and time to be determined.
