Elaine had a special place in her heart for stray dogs and cats, tirelessly advocating for their rescue and adoption. A firm believer in the “Adopt, Don't Shop" philosophy, she found immense joy in giving abandoned animals a loving forever home and inspired many others to do the same. In addition to her support for the teams and activities her sons pursued, She was also a devoted Philadelphia Phillies baseball and Penn State University football fan who cheered her teams  with immense passion and unwavering loyalty through every season.
