Floyd L. Raub, Jr., 77, formerly of Springbrook, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Adventura at Creekside in Carbondale, PA, where he was a resident. Born in Taylor on October 26, 1948, he was the son of the late Floyd Raub Sr. and Martha (Thomas) Raub.

Floyd was a proud graduate of North Pocono High School, class of 1968. He went on to serve his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam war. Following his military service, he was employed at the Tobyhanna Army depot.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lasandra A. Perrins.
He is survived by his brother-in-law Paul Perrins of Dupont; his niece Martha Perrins Doran, and her husband, William, of Dupont; as well as his great-niece and great-nephew, and many cousins.
Floyd’s family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff of Adventura at Creekside, along with the doctors, nurses, and staff of Wayne Memorial Hospital for the compassionate care they provided.
Interment services will be held at the Springbrook Cemetery, Springbrook, at a later date.
Arrangements are made by Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea.
