Heather E. Judge

Heather E. Judge, 49, of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, entered eternal peace, October 18, 2026

She was born on in Kingston, PA, to the late John and Diane (Nice) Judge.

Born on the Fourth of July, she was a firecracker for sure.

Heather graduated from Bishop O'Reilly High School in 1995 and went on to earn a BS in Education at Bloomsburg University. She continued her education at Penn State University by earning a Masters Degree. She started her career as a teacher and went on to work for 20 years at a profession she loved.

Heather was a member of Ceol Mor Pipe and Drum Band, Luzerne Cty, playing the Tenor Drum for many years.

She enjoyed music festivals, the Renaissance Faire, St Patrick's Day, Halloween and especially spending time with her friends at both Hickory Grove Campground in Dallas and Hidden Valley in Mifflinburg.

Heather is survived by her sister Kathleen Judge of Kingston, and her companion of many years, Mark Ruggere.

Services are entrusted to Kiesinger Funeral Service Inc., Duryea.

The service for Heather Judge will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
