Joyce M. Fath, 45, of Dupont, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. She was born in Altoona, PA on June 25, 1975 and was the daughter of Robert and Karen (Vaughn) Camasse.
Joyce was a member of Our Father’s House Church, Scranton. She was a 1994 graduate of Pittston Area High School and graduated from the Wilkes-Barre Vo-Tech and became a licensed cosmetologist. Joyce was previously employed as a receptionist with Joyce, Jackman and Bell Insurers, Pittston. She was very active with Miles for Michael Fundraising Events and would volunteer her time and baking skills to many other local charities.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband John Fath, daughters Karamia and Gerianna Fath and beloved dog Mia. Also surviving are her sister Kristy Rosiak and her husband Edward, of Avoca her nephew Eddie Rosiak, niece Ella Rosiak, fur niece Mattie Pie and extended family in Altoona.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gerald and Beulah “Boots” Vaughn.
Joyce’s smile could light up a room. Her kindness was given freely. She unselfishly gave of her time to others and she had a heart of Gold. Joyce loved babies, puppies, and loved to cook, bake and paint crafts. She was that person you could call anytime, and she would show up...with whatever
you needed. She was always an amazing mother, daughter, sister, wife, aunt & friend. She is and will be very sadly missed by so many.
Celebration of life services will be held at a later date. With the current restrictions in place, we are unable to celebrate Joyce the way she deserves.
