Michael Connor, 51, of Pittston, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at his home.
Born in Scranton on February 4, 1975, he was the son of Gertrude Kenehan Connor and the late John Connor.
Michael attended Riverside High School in Taylor.
In addition to his mother, Gertrude, he is survived by his sister, Jill Radle, and her husband, Jason, of Avoca; his nephews, Devin Coombs, Jason Radle Jr., and Jameson Cash Radle; and his companion, April Clark.
Funeral arrangements will be privately held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Kiesinger Funeral Services Inc., 255 McAlpine Street, Duryea.
I am sad to just learn of Mike's passing. I lived down the hall from him in apt20 in the Apollo Building. Then I moved .. He was a true friend ..We use to have long talks and had the same interest in music and TV. We had a phrase , when we parted company. I use to say, "Mike, its been a slice." He would shout down the hall "3 slices back.!" It was a pizza slice 70's saying.. I told him we use to say it when I was younger.. So we would say it every time we parted company.. A Beautiful young man we were privileged to get to know. When he came to April's Father's 80th Birthday Party, he was so happy to meet the entire family and the family likewise were happy to meet him and get to kow him. You have left us way too soon, but we will reunite again.
