Michael Sedlak

Michael Sedlak, 78, of Avoca passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 20, 2022, while in the loving arms of his wife and two daughters in the home he had built for them 40 years earlier. He was born in Dupont, January 10, 1944, to two loving parents, the late Michael and Rose M. Lello Sedlak.

Michael was a member of Queen of The Apostles Parish Church, Avoca. He was a graduate of Dupont High School, class of 1962, and was employed by the Leslie Fay Garment Company. He tirelessly split wood for the warm and comforting fires he enjoyed building for his wife. He will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Sedlak and his infant sister, Mary Sedlak.
