Noah V. Jennings

Noah V. Jennings, 26, of Moosic, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Geisinger CMC Hospital in Scranton. Born in Wilkes-Barre on August 4, 2000, he was the son of C. Vernon Jennings and Linda Goul Jennings.


Noah was a 2018 graduate of Riverside High School. He went on to graduate from Temple University in Philadelphia in 2023 with a degree in communications. He was employed as a Producer Relations Advisor for Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Company in Wilkes-Barre.


As a young man, Noah was very active with the Boy Scouts of America, Avoca-Dupont Troop 316, where he attained the highest rank of Eagle Scout. He enjoyed the outdoors and traveled throughout North America to ski at many resorts. He also enjoyed golfing with family and friends. Noah was a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan and also cheered for the Philadelphia Phillies and the 76ers. He will be deeply missed by his parents, grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.


In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother, Barbara (Decker) Jennings; his aunts, Lisa Guillorn and Kathleen Goul; and his uncles, Joseph Goul Jr. and his wife, Mary Beth, David Jennings and wife Lyn, Kevin Jennings, Mark Jennings and wife Hairong, Daniel Jennings, and LeRoy

Jennings and wife Amy. Also surviving are his cousins, Anthony and Mario Guillorn, Joseph Goul, Jessica Le, Kaleb Jennings, Ethan Jennings, JD Jennings, Aiden Jennings, Hunter Jennings, Dave Jennings, and Timothy Jennings.


Noah was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clarence V. Jennings Sr., and his maternal grandparents, Shirley (Decker) Goul and Joseph Goul.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Divine Mercy Parish Church, 312 Davis St., Scranton, PA. Friends may call for visitation at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be held privately at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Avoca.

Genuine, kind, funny, and truly a one of kind person. I know you’re up there having a High Life and busting God’s chops up there. Your legacy will live on forever brother.
