Patrick Mark Clifford
Patrick Mark Clifford, 76, passed away peacefully at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center from natural causes.
Born in Avoca PA on December 27, 1949, to Robert and Marie Cannon Clifford, he was the oldest of seven children.
A member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Avoca, he attended and graduated from Scranton State Oral School for the Deaf. Later he attended and graduated with honors in 2005 from Gallaudet University in Washington D.C.
A talented artist, he created and shared his many paintings and drawings with family and friends.
Uncle Pat was devoted to his many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by both parents, sisters Ellen (Bob) Pascavage of Shavertown, PA and Katie Clifford of Avoca, PA nephews Ryan Widdick and Mikey Clifford of Avoca, PA.
He is survived by his brothers Francis, Duryea and Michael, Avoca, sisters Rosemary (Gary) Beach, Edgewater, MD and Patrice McGlynn, also of Avoca, nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned for a future date.

Patrick and I were good friends for many years. Even though miles separated us and we did not see each other like we used to, I missed him, and I will always treasure the memories of our friendship.

I’m so so sorry…He always been very good friend to me.. I wish I could be there to wish him a farewell and with celebrate him cus I know Good Lord made him a room in his mansion in heaven… I know he back into his. Normal body no more PD in his body.
