Robert S. Zaleski, 78, of Duryea, passed away on January 19, 2024 at his home. He was born in Duryea on December 8, 1945, and was the son of the late Stanley Zaleski.
Robert was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish Church, Duryea. He was a graduate of Duryea High School and attended college locally. Robert retired from the Sears Warehouse, Scranton with over 20 years of employment. After retirement, he worked part time for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dickson City.Â

Robert loved sports, he enjoyed playing golf, playing regularly at several courses locally and he enjoyed traveling with his son Robert and friends to play golf in many other states. He especially enjoyed spending his free time with his grandson Robert and following his sporting endeavors. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his son Robert, of Duryea and his grandson Robert Zaleski and his granddaughter Katie Kane.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 5:30pm at Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea with Fr. Michael Bryant of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea officiating.
