Thelbert Stanley “Ush” McCracken, 56, of Old Forge, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at his home. He was born in Avoca on June 27, 1964 and was the son of Thelbert W. McCracken and the late Barbara Elaine (Soy) McCracken.
Stanley was a former member of SS Peter and Paul Parish Church, Avoca. He attended Pittston Area Schools and later obtained his GED. He served in the United States Army as a radio communication specialist. He was a social member of the West Side Social Club, Avoca.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth and Moriah McCracken; his companion of 20 years Allison Skaluba; his brothers, William sand Larry McCracken; grandchildren Emmett and Elliot; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Private funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 9th 2021.
