Theresa Haduch

Theresa Haduch, 83, of Avoca passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.  She was born in Avoca May 10, 1940 and was the daughter of the late Walter and Catherine M. Kmiec Haduch.

Theresa was a member Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Dupont.  She was a graduate of Avoca High School, class of 1958.  Theresa retired from the Tobyhanna Army Depot with over 12 years of employment.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Rosemary Kozlowski, her nephew Robert Haduch, and her sister-in-law Betty Haduch.

She is survived by her sister Dorothy Haduch, of Avoca and brothers Frank of Springbrook, and Casimir Haduch and his wife Nancy, of Avoca.  Also surviving are her brother-in-law Joseph Kozlowski of Vestal, NY and many nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 9th, 2024, at 9:30 am at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 215 Lackawanna Ave., Dupont, with Fr. Thomas Petro officiating.  Interment to follow at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Avoca.
