Wendi Rogers Lambert

Wendi Rogers Lambert, 45, of Duryea, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Langhorne, PA on October 31, 1977, and was the daughter of David Rogers and Anne Sykes Kamann.

Wendi was a graduate of Palisades High School, Kintnersville, PA and a graduate of Kaplan University, Philadelphia. She was employed as a clinical trials manager for Bristol Myers Squibb. Wendi also served as the assistant band director for Pittston Area High School and was the director of the Pittston Area High School color guard.


Wendi loved life; she enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and abroad having traveled to Italy several times. She was an avid dog lover and will be missed by her dogs Ginger, Sadie, and Humphrey. Most of all, she loved spending her time with her husband Scott and her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.


She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Anna Sykes, and her paternal grandparents, Hugh and Dora Rogers.


In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Scott Lambert; her sons Zachary and Matthew Neumann, both of Duryea; her brothers and sisters, David Rogers, Jr. of Quakertown, Brian Rogers, of Palmerton, Erin Rogers, of Dallas, Alayne Rogers, of Dallas, Thomas Rogers, of Dallas and Rychelle Hughes, of North Carolina. Also surviving are her maternal stepfather Dan Kamann and paternal stepmother Charlotte Rogers, and many nieces and nephews.


Memorial services for Wendi will be held at a later date.
