Bernadine A. Yesulitis Matechak, 85, formerly of Old Forge, passed away peacefully at Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Taylor. Born on January 18, 1941, in Avoca, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Victoria (Kmiec) Yesulitis. Bernadine was a longtime woman of faith. She was a former member of SS.
