Shirley Skrzysowski, 81, of Dupont, passed away on February 11, 2022, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center with family by her side. Born at her family home in Suscon, PA on January 10, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Suzanne Swor Appel. Shirley was a graduate of Pittston Township High School, class of 1958. She was employed at Consolidated Cigar in West Pittston and for 33 years at Wilkes-Barre Vocational Technical School, where she eventually retired.

Thomas “Ski” Skrzysowski, 78, of Dupont passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at the Regional Hospital, Scranton. He was born in Dupont on September 8, 1943 and was the son of the late Thomas and Ann (Kopech) Skrzysowski. Thomas was a devoted and lifelong member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Dupont.
